Legal Terms and Privacy Policy

1. Parties

This Agreement is entered into between the developer of the x Language application (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") and the individual using the application (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

2. Description of Service and Pricing

x Language is an AI-powered educational application designed to help Users improve their English vocabulary. In its current version, the application is completely free of charge. The Developer reserves the right to monetize certain features or introduce paid tiers in the future.

3. Terms of Use and Age Restriction

Users must be at least 4 years of age to use the application. The content within the application is for personal learning purposes only; it may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed for commercial purposes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The name, logo, design, source code, and specialized vocabulary lists of the application belong exclusively to the Developer. All legal rights are reserved in case of unauthorized use.

5. Privacy and Data Security

User data is used solely to improve the application experience. The Developer processes personal data in compliance with mobile and App Store privacy expectations and does not share it with third parties without the User's explicit consent.

6. Profile Photo and Visual Data

The User may optionally upload a profile photo via the application settings. Any photo uploaded:

• Shall only be displayed on the User’s own device and local interface.
• Shall not be permanently stored on the Developer’s servers or saved in a central database.
• Shall not be shared with third parties or used for advertising or promotional purposes.
• Shall be completely removed from the system upon uninstallation of the app or clearing of the application cache.

7. Apple Standard EULA (License)

For all matters not explicitly addressed in this Agreement, the terms of Apple’s official “Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)” shall apply. By downloading the application, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is." The Developer assumes no legal responsibility for technical malfunctions arising from the use of the application or for variations in language learning results between individual users.
